Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker Was Supposed To Be Metal Gear Solid 5

Kojima Productions has come and said multiple times that Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is the "spiritual successor" to Metal Gear Solid 4, but as it turns out, that's all too true. Right before E3 last year, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker was dubbed Metal Gear Solid 5: Peace Walker. In the short trailer shown at E3, you could catch a quick glimpse of the sneaky number "5" making an appearance. Shortly after the video was shown however, Kojima Productions decided that they would save a direct sequel for a later date.

If you're a Metal Gear fan, and especially if you were a MGS4 fan, I'd highly recommend you pick up Peace Walker as it's sure to follow in some of its predecessor's footsteps.
